March 8 International Womens Day Greetings Each year in the first month of spring on March 8th International Women’s Day is celebrated around the world. International Women’s Day may be hardly called international as the tradition to celebrate this day does not exist internationally. Only in some countries like China, Russia, Vietnam and Bulgaria it is a national holiday. However still this day is also known as the United Nations (UN) Day for Women’s Rights and International Peace which celebrates women’s achievements worldwide and throughout history. All over the world women consider March 8th a day of pleasant emotions, high spirits, and vivid impressions. The 8th of March is not only the day of Women it is also a day when the warmth of our harts breaks the ice and Winter gives way to Spring. TutorZ’ team congratulates all our female and male customers with this wonderful holiday. Happy Women’s day to all of you!

I am a Math Tutor!

I am a Math Tutor! Hi, I am Clara M. I have graduated from Purdue University, Indiana. I am now working as a private tutor. I would like to share with you my experience as a private tutor. I have graduated with an BA in Mathematics in 2010. I am a hard worker and learning does not come easy to me. When I started my studies I never thought I would major in Math. But my math teacher Anna made enjoy solving math problems like nobody before. Anne is my role model. She teaches well and I get go in her office for private lectures. Students say Math is very tough subject but, for me, it became easy as well as rewarding. Thus I decided to major in mathematics at Purdue University. I am now a personal tutor teaching all types of math including Algebra, Statistics, Trigonometry, Geometry, Calculus and Differential Equations. I registered myself in tutorz.com, an online private tutoring service. It was about four months back; I got a call early morning. Young mom needs tutoring help for her kid to learn math. She also said that the child got exam next week, and asked to help at any cost. It was like a challenge in my tutoring career and I decided to tutor the child. The place was nearly 20 miles away from my place in Indiana, I went that evening to see the child and started tutoring classes. Steven, the child was looking smart and energetic. We were given separate study room and agreed to take two hours of classes daily. I was most excited and happy that I’m going to tutor a child for the first time. On first day, I had a general talk with Steven and asked his likes/dislikes, hobbies and other things. The next hour I gradually started to talk about Calculus. He was so studious and grasped things quickly. We scheduled daily time table for his exams and moved towards reaching that goal. My notes were very helpful to him as well as for me. For every one hour I used to give a break for few minutes. I say inspiring stories to motivate the child during interval time. I gave daily test and also weekly test to improve his capability. Finally he scored “A” grade in Math exam. Steven’s mom was so surprised on seeing his confidence and brightness. She thanked me a lot for providing such a valuable support in her son’s studies. She gave me nice doll along with my pay. I really thank tutorz.com to give me such a nice opportunity to portray my teaching skills and also to make my teaching experience most pleasurable. Clara M.

Chemistry Concepts and Problems - Which Types of Compounds Are Normal and Which Are Not?

Chemistry Concepts and Problems - Which Types of Compounds Are Normal and Which Are Not?Chemistry concepts and problems are very important if you are a student that is currently taking chemistry classes. While there are many different types of chemical compounds that have their own definitions, the term 'chemical compound' refers to the chemical elements and other compounds which have the same atoms and molecules but different properties, such as properties such as electronegativity or electrical charge. Therefore, many different compounds can be lumped together under the term compound because they all have properties that are similar in some way. Most of the types of chemical compounds are what you would find in the home, as is the case with most plants. In fact, plants are composed of several chemical compounds that are the same. Some examples of these are cesium chloride and potassium chloride. These are the two components of potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate respectively. One ty pe of compound is hydrazine, which is a compound that is found in some types of the most common compounds found in nature, such as water. This compound is also found in some products and medications, such as dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which is found in some types of prescription male enhancement drugs. So far, there are only two types of chemical compounds that are definitely known to man. They are the alkali metals and alkaline earth metals. The other compounds that we have been discussing are referred to as acid-base compounds. These are the substances that are composed of acids and bases together. These types of compounds are not commonly found in nature, so these compounds are used to produce complex organic materials. There are different ways to learn about basic chemistry concepts and problems. Here are just a few of the different methods:Regardless of the method, if youare interested in learning more about these different types of compounds, then you need to read about them. Ther e are many books and other resources that can help you learn more about these compounds.

Definition Of Acid Chemistry

Definition Of Acid ChemistryIf you have been dealing with any kind of chemistry at all, then you probably know that acid chemistry can be quite interesting. One thing that you may have wondered about is if there are really any definitions or what they are and how they can help you, the student or learner, understand this subject more fully. The most basic definition of an acid is a mixture of hydrogen and carbon. Therefore, if you do some research on the chemistry you will find that these two elements are the main building blocks of everything that exists. The source of the acid comes from the element water. Other useful elements to look for are hydrogen and oxygen which are considering the universal elements.Chemical and physical properties are both built around the laws of electricity and force. It is important to understand these different areas as they are necessary in order to properly do work with these elements in a project. There are many different ways to do different kinds of work with the elements. For example, the use of acids and bases can play a major role in mechanical properties of materials as well as electrical properties. Other forms of acid are in the chemical composition of liquids and solids, specifically in solution and solid compounds, and polymerization. An idea that we can use to understand the concepts of acid chemistry, is to look at some chemical reactions. These are based on the idea that two substances in a certain area are connected together in a certain way. The type of chemicals needed, the temperature at which they are made, and the manner in which they react when made in this way, all is what causes the definition of acid chemistry. The structure of the elements is defined by their atomic mass and specific gravity. The molecular weight of a substance also determines how many molecules that it has in it. There are many different forms of each element in this order and the classifications of the chemical elements that they fall und er can help you gain insight into how they form, what they are made up of, and how they work in different situations. This information is important to have and it can come in handy in a lot of different situations.Learning the definition of acid chemistry, and knowing how it can affect the process of chemical reactions and building materials is a good way to get a better understanding of your learning. One way that you can see how this can help you is that the understanding of how acids and bases interact can make a difference in the design of some chemicals and materials. Therefore, taking a look at the definition of acid chemistry and trying to make sense of it can help you to see the relevance in it.

3 Often-Overlooked Parts of a Successful Vocal Performance

3 Often-Overlooked Parts of a Successful Vocal Performance Suzy S. Stage presence makes a huge difference in how your audience will respond to you. Take a look at these performance tips from NY music teacher  Nadia B... You’ve practiced, rehearsed, and it’s finally time to share your vocal arts with others. Sometimes, though, components of a successful performance can be overlooked after you’ve spent so much time mastering the music. Key elements of stage presence for singers include setting a unique musical intention, making use of physical space and gestures, and creating connection in the moments directly before and after you sing, all of which will guarantee that you create an unforgettable and enjoyable performance. Establishing Your Musical Intention What makes live performance enjoyable is the spontaneity created by the performer-audience connection. It can never be the same twice. You can take advantage of this fact by taking a moment before your performance, or in the rehearsals leading up to your performance, to set a unique musical intention. What is a desired feeling you want to convey in each piece, in this performance? You can take into account the audience makeup (is it children, friends and family, judges of a singing competition, or the general public?), and the personal significance of the music for you. Setting this intention will ensure that your performance is meaningful and spontaneous, since you are interacting with the aesthetic of the music in a current and engaged way. Making Use of Physical Space Another element that differentiates stage presence for singers from other musicians is that singers are in a unique position to make use of physical space, both within their own bodies and in the environment. For this reason, an important part of your performance as a singer is to consider the physical possibilities. Are there certain times that movement would emphasize the musical setting or mood? Also consider physical gestures as a way to underline the key musical characteristics of each piece. If youre not sure what to do with your hands or body while singing, check out the helpful tips in this video: Sometimes simply becoming aware of the space around you is enough â€" even if you don’t incorporate movement or gestures, this awareness can allow you to fully expand into the space physically, energetically, and vocally. Creating a Connection With Your Audience Lastly, consider the first and last things you do in your singing performance: you greet and express your gratitude toward the audience for sharing your musical journey with you. These moments play a key part in creating a well-rounded performance. When you enter the stage, a sincere bow can establish an immediate connection with your listeners, and taking your time as you walk along the stage, bow, and prepare to begin singing can allow your audience to settle in and join your journey with ease.  A rushed or nervous entrance can draw the attention away from the music and unsettle the audience. At the end of the performance, a gracious bow allows the audience to fully savor and participate in your performance. They are thrilled that you have performed for them, and it is a sign of respect to acknowledge the pleasure and gratitude that they express with their applause. If you are unsure of how your stage presence is, try turning on an applause track on YouTube at home and working on entering and exiting the room. You can also watch performances of famous singers to see how they interact with the audience to get ideas. Remember that your musical preparation and practice will help you have your best performance possible. Keeping in mind these other elements will only serve to showcase your hard work and skill, and developing a confident stage presence can make the difference between a good performance and an unforgettable performance, both for you and your listeners! Bonus: Find out how learning to act can help your singing, too! Dont forget a professional voice coach can also help you develop your tone and stage presence! Find a teacher near you here. It’s always important to remember the journey that you have taken with maths. In kindergarten, you would have struggled with basic math like Addition and subtraction, multiplication and division. In the primary grade math classroom, you may have struggled with a curriculum of times tables, adding and subtractingIn the early year s of high school math, you may have struggled with arithmetic, calculus, graphing, sequences, fractions and algebraic math concepts. Now you may be struggling with something else in your mathematics education, but like all of the times before if you focus and dedicate yourself. You will be able to grasp the new math concepts too. You may need to ask your math teacher for extra math help so that you can solve the math problem, or hire a tutor. Perhaps you can add some fun into your math learning and homework with math worksheets, quizzes, puzzles or math videos. The good thing about math skills is that no matter how hard it appears if you reinforce your knowledge with lots of math practice and learning fun, you can understand any of the mathematical concepts introduced to you. This will lead you on to the road of mathematician mastery. As you know math is intricately made up of so many kinds of number systems; whole numbers, negative numbers, symbols, decimal points, Exponent numbers, i nfinite numbers and much more. You may know special numbers like Some of these special numbers are seen with Euler's e, the extraordinary number i, and of course the golden ratio. But what about Pi? Let's learn more about this special mathematical modeyou may have learnt about trigonometry. The Egyptians and Babylonians are known to have investigated pi first estimating that pi was 3.125. It is amazing that they were so close given that there were no calculators, computers or the internet to help them to solve the equation. In 220bc Archimedes the Greek mathematician set about to find out to measure pi accurately. He starte d his experiments by putting a square inside of a circle and a square outside of the circle. Doing some cool math, he got a range of number which gave him an estimation for pi. He then changed the squares for pentagons, and the number range got smaller and closer to pi. Then he replaced the pentagons with hexagons to get an even more precise estimation. He kept increasing the number of faces until he got to a 96 faced shape which got him to 2 decimal accuracy (3.14). This method has coined the method of exhaustion for obvious reasons.Chinese mathematician Liu Hui discovered pi to 4 digits of accuracy by using a shape with 3072 sides (3.141)Greek-Roman scientist Ptolemy used the method to get to 5 digits of accuracy (3.1415)Chinese mathematicians Zu Chongzhi and Zu Gengzhi discovered pi to 7 digits of accuracy by using a shape with 12,288 sides (3.141592)The modern-day record for pi calculations is held by Peter Trueb with 22,459,157,718,361 digits.Pi remains a mystery for scientists and fascinates professionals and amateurs alike who try to find out more about this number. Is Going Back to School Your Best Path to Career Growth - Introvert Whisperer

Introvert Whisperer / Is Going Back to School Your Best Path to Career Growth - Introvert Whisperer Is Going Back to School Your Best Path to Career Growth? Whether you are a job seeker or simply in your career and pondering your next career move, you might be considering going back to school. Returning to school to pursue a degree to be more career competitive is a commonly held belief. But….is it really the right thing to do? For those out there aghast for questioning the wisdom of schooling or education, let me assure you that I’m a perpetual student myself. In fact, I think we should all continue to improve ourselves. The bigger question is around setting your expectations about what you are pursuing and whether or not your expectations can actually be met. Here are some tips and things for you to consider: Clarity is critical. Do your research. You need to understand the requirements for the type of position you desire to move into. Too many people think they know the path from where they are to the career of their dream without doing their homework to know for sure. You don’t want to invest both time and money without first confirming you are on the right path. Specific degrees lead to specific careers. There are programs out there that have a direct correlation to the career you would pursue, such as engineering or nursing. Certainly, if those professions are your direction, you should go for them in a big way. It also doesn’t hurt that both areas are in high demand right now in this tough economy. Non-specific degrees require you to know your direction. Degrees in Environmental Studies or Business Administration are open to your own interpretation of what career you can pursue. Way too many people exit these programs without any concept of what career it might support. If you are looking into a program that is more general, identify if there are specialization programs within those degrees that could guide you directly into your next career step. An MBA degree is no guarantee of a management position. Most companies want to grow you into a management position. The reason for this is they want to ensure you know “how things work” before allowing you to direct the work of others. Deep experience and a willingness to take responsibility are characteristics that will move you into management. Course content does not equal work content. Don’t be fooled into believing that the types of classes you take in a program are the same type of work you would be doing professionally. When you study law, the environment for practicing law is very different and sometimes a surprise. Building new skills can help you progress. If you are simply pursuing various classes to up-level your skill in specific things related to your profession, that is a great course of action. You already know the demands on you professionally and can see where the opportunities for growth exist. Going after specific classes to help your growth can make sense. Your challenge, once you’ve done that is to see to it that you get work assignments to help solidify your new skills. You still have to do your own self-promotion around your new skills or no one will know. If you’re pursuing a degree program to get promoted or go after a better position, make sure to check your expectations against the reality of the hiring situation. In our environment, employers are no longer just looking for a degree. They are looking for specific expertise, specialization, and depth of experience.
